Before her career in real estate, Beth was a marketing professional
for a major international cosmetics company. As head of domestic and
international marketing departments, she created new product lines and sales
incentive programs for a world wide sales force.
She
has a Masters of Business Administration degree in marketing
management from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Principia College.
In 1995, she became a
licensed real estate salesperson joining the Halstead Property
Company. Later, Beth attended New York University and became an
independent real estate broker active in the sale of luxury
residential apartments. Along with her husband, she owns and manages
a townhouse on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Beth is married to
architect, K. Jeffries Sydness, and has two daughters. She resides in
New York City and Wilton, Connecticut.
